How to pay:
Choose which service is right for you then click on the buy now button. It will bring you to a paypal's secure checkout page and it will ask you to sign in (only if you have a paypal account) or you can just choose to pay for it by credit card. Note: You do NOT need a paypal account to pay for our services. All payments are due before PC Doctor of Nashville works on your personal computer. If we can't fix it, we will refund your payment in full.
If you do not wish to pay by credit card you can pay in person via personal check.

Which service is right for me?
If you are needing an emergency fix for your computer, such as hardware issues or data transfer our on-site service would be your best option.
If you need your computer fixed within 24-48 hours our pick-up/service/delivery would be cost effective and a better solution
If you just have problems with your operating system such as it being slow or needing someone to fix errors, a remote desktop connection would be the better choice.
For remote desktop you will need an internet connection and download this small file to your desktop. Just install it and run it. You will be issued an ID and a password to give to our technician. It's fast, safe and secure. Here is the link:
