Q. What happens if I purchase your remote desktop service and you think that I have a hardware issue and need to come out?
A. We can refund your remote desktop connection fee since we did not fix anything or we can deduct the remote desktop fee and apply it towards the cost for on-site service this way you are not overcharged for remote desktop and on-site service. If we did fix the issue, and see that you have hardware problems, you will still be charged the remote desktop fee, but you will have the option of using our on-site or pick up service. We do give discounts in rare situations like this.


Q. Do you offer any kind of warranty?
A. Yes! We offer a 30-day warranty for anything we fix. If you have any of the same problems that you first called us about happen again, we will fix it for free. The only thing that PC Doctor of Nashville does not offer a warranty on is free promotional services.

Q. What if I live outside of Davidson County, are my rates still flat?
A. Our flat rates are for Davidson County only. All areas outside of Davidson county will have a fuel surcharge of .50 cents a mile, plus the flat rate charge to fix your computer. Using our remote desktop will cost just the flat rate charge since traveling will not be needed.

Q. What operating systems do you work on?
A. PC Doctor of Nashville works on Microsoft Windows XP and Vista capable systems only. If it's hardware issues, we will work on any computer.
